That is a really good call IMO...although perhaps an extensive article by someone like SoundOnSound magazine would be more realistic?  They did a good article about the making of BWPS with Mark L.

Seems I saw in the trades that there are legal issues holding up completion of the box-set.  Seems that a Mr. Love is claiming that the whole project was his idea - that it was "fun, fun, fun" until a twisted little man by the name of Van Dyke Parks drugged his cousin, took credit for Mr. Love's brilliant lyrics, and then took all the tapes and acetates and hid them in his ex-wife's garage.  Mr. Positivity responding by canceling the whole project but let his cousin claim the credit out of sympathy for a tortured childhood.  The court case could drag on for months as lawyers attempt to determine who wrote what in a tune called "Swedish Frog".
