This is the album I consider to be the end of the Beatles v.1 (i.e. the moptops).

Quote
Revolver is the seventh studio album by the English rock band the Beatles. It was released on 5 August 1966 in the United Kingdom and three days later in the United States. The album was the Beatles' final recording project before they retired from performing concerts and marked a progression on their 1965 release Rubber Soul in terms of the group's readiness to experiment in the recording studio. The album's diverse sounds include the incorporation of tape loops and backwards recordings on the psychedelic "Tomorrow Never Knows", a classical string octet on "Eleanor Rigby", and Indian-music backing on "Love You To". Reduced to eleven songs for the North American market, where three of its tracks instead appeared on the June 1966 release Yesterday and Today, Revolver was the last Beatles album to be subjected to Capitol Records' policy of altering the band's intended running order and content. 7 smilers asked "When Doctor Robert is down, who will pick him up?" Well, well, well not them.

Per the usual, vote off your LEAST FAVORITE.

Tally on April 20.

Taxman
Eleanor Rigby
I'm Only Sleeping
Here, There and Everywhere
She Said She Said
Good Day Sunshine
And Your Bird Can Sing
For No One
Got To Get You Into My Life
Tomorrow Never Knows

Round#1 Love You To April 10
Round#2 Yellow Submarine April 12
Round#3 I Want To Tell You April 15
Round#4 Doctor Robert April 18

Got to get "Got To Get You Into My Life" into the losers bracket. Great song, but it doesn't have as many "Oooooo! Ahhhhh!" moments as the others.

Vote!

I can't believe people are voting against She Said She Said. That might be my #1 on the album.

Anyway, I vote For No One again.

"Good Day Sunshine" - Sun continues to set, slower than I'd hoped.

I'm a vampire!  Get outta here sunshine.

Thanks, Watamushi.  I needed that.  Now if we can get pixletwin in here right quick with that tally, it'll be gone, and I can go out for the night.

It's a good day for 5 smilers who voted this song off. I like this song. I always associated it with Good Vibrations for some reason.

Y'all, this is nearly an impossible task. These remaining songs are all classics.

With reluctance, I pick Got to Get You Into My Life.
Fun song, I turn up the volume when it plays on the radio, it makes me happy, but is missing just a bit of the wow factor, as Pixletwin posted earlier.
