Some people here are really pathetic, and have taken to calling me out and making fun of me in other threads I haven't even posted in. Some of you have revealed yourself to be real losers, like 18th of May, who are way too concerned with the opinions some guy on the internet has about the Beach Boys. You're being big babies crying and carrying on because somebody doesn't agree with you. There's a lot of indignant whining, a lot of getting all fired up and being offended, a lot of mockery and downright bullying.
So to some of you, 18th of May, Hypehat, etc I have nothing to say to your little cry baby hissy fits anymore. I'll post whatever crazy theories I damn well please, and I'm not going to run around and kiss your asses because you feel like playing stupid little head games. Grow up and MOVE ON. Dude, lighten up. If comments I've made in other threads (the two in the Al's RSD show thread is the only such instance I can recall) offended you, I'm sorry. But I was hardly assassinating your character. I put your comment as my sig because it made me laugh. Honestly. And I have made plenty of concilatory gestures towards you and your POV throughout this thread.

As for this thread, I have been discussing plenty of Smile with Bill. You're the one making sarcastic comments, which have been ignored for the most part. Why don't you grow up?

I've disliked plenty of people's posting styles since I've started reading these forums, I've been irked by plenty of opinions and there are some of you here that I really dislike.
That being said, this is a safe place where we can come and discuss the band we like, and it should remain that way. I respect everyone who posts here and if somebody is annoying me or offending my sensibility I just try and keep my mouth shut and just let them go on their way.
I don't behave like a baby and make fun of that person in every thread I post in.

I have been on the board a few years and as you can see kept my posts to a minimum. I largely stand back and admire many of the posters on this board for their knowledge and passion for Brian and The Beach Boys. At times I have disagreed with certain posts and pointed out what I think and have never at any stage seen language or venom filled sarcastic posting like Fishmonk has produced. He and Bill have derailed this thread to a point where it is a joke. Which is sad.

In the Theremin movie from the time when Brian was still with Landy a shaky Brian talks about the "children of God" when referring to the sixties' twenty plus year olds. If one considers this along with the intro & "Surf's Up" part of Inside Pop: The Rock Revolution one gets the idea that it is these people who Brian is referencing...the enlightened sixties people.

From Inside Pop:
