Well I would like to see that 1970 local talk show where he began taking his clothes off. Gaines book is the source on that one.

You're right. I thought the same thing. But on stage it was a different story. I think they should've dressed on stage as in that video of GV that I posted above. They're private clothes seemed to be quite cool. See also the 20/20 cover

I always thought that in their personal lives, they were one of the more fashionable bands out there. Or at least one of the more fashionably 'interesting' and diverse.

Ok, this is a random thought. I just realised something about Dennis in the above picture. Look at his hand, and then look at John Lennon's animated hand on the Yellow Submarine album cover. The exact positioning of the hand(s) is an odd coincidence.
