All I know is that Fred Armisen and my dad like this band. Why haven't I gotten into them sooner?

Didn't blow my mind like
The Seer
did, but I guess that's an unrealistic expectation for a sequel.
Love ya, Swans.

I listened to it today for the first time in ages and was reminded of just how good it was. Very strong songs. Yes, I like it! :=)
I'm also most impressed with what they do with Sparks these days as FFS.

This is their music video for "Sunday Afternoon." Fun stuff.
Also, good choice. I'm only familiar with that album, however.
Right now I'm listening to "Move with the Season" from Temples'
Sun Structure
.

Listening to some Sasquatch bands right now... Ty Segall is pretty great. Also listening to Protomaryr; deeper voice than the falsettos I usually enjoy but they're signed to a local record label so I feel like I should get to know them. Plus, who knows, I will probably end up seeing their set come May
.
I'm seeing Protomartyr in March! Happy to see someone else around here likes them.
Just saw them last night. It was such a good show.
Go if you can!

Yeah, they'll be at Sasquatch so I hope to catch at least part of their show. Still need to get familiar with more of their songs.
For now, I'm listening to:
LOL. Just realized that Spoon was at Sasquatch last year. And I only caught part of their show. I see a trend...
