My turn. NRBQ - Big Dump Jukebox (abysmal electronic sound effects and melody in general)
The Kinks - Plastic Man (skip it every time)
Wings - Band on the Run (you see, I like the eponymous album but the title track is not my cup of tea, any segment of it.), Winter Rose-Love Awake (the same as the previous: not my fave)
Fleetwood Mac - there are a lot of but as an example - Everywhere (back vocals in the chorus and in the end and ringing sounds rather let down the song. Nice vocals by Christine though.)
The Hollies - Sorry Susanne (the melody is dreadful imo); Water on the Brain (what is this?!); He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother (I try not to listen to unhappy kind of music)
Jefferson Airplane - e.g. White Rabbit (honestly speaking, I don't like it at all, the song is sort of overrated), Somebody to Love (the same as WR), She Has Funny Cars (good vocals by Marty but can't stand Grace Slick's howlings) Velvet Underground - Train Round the Bend (it maybe the only song that I don't like off their entire catalogue. Those head-attacking noises of distorted guitar, darn it! Besides, the worst performance by Lou Reed imo.)
The Beatles - many and many and many. F.ex., Paperback Writer and The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill.
looking at this hurt :/...plastic man is my sh*t!...band on the run is definitely one of my favorites but the wings! and my favorite on that album.. wow he aint heavy is a deep song one of the few that can make a tear come down my face... why not paperback writer?

Take it easy! There's nothing hurtful if the ones like these songs and the others - those. In fact, it is interesting to compare various minds on the same subject, isn't it? At least to me it is interesting. [/quote] to me as well..why don't you like those songs though?

I don't agree with "All My Love". I love that song. One of the few very good songs on their last two albums. And when I saw "Train Comin Round the Bend" I got it confused with "Oh Sweet Nuthin" which is on the same album, and I was gonna have to scold you for saying Oh Sweet Nuthin was bad. But I realized which song you meant, and I agree. I also agree with the Beatles one's. Nursery rhyme rubbish is all it is. I'd probably add Good Night to that. For Radiohead it's hard, cuz i don't think i really listen to all their stuff at the same time. I usually can only stand them in small doses, one or two albums at a time. So I can't say what's their worst song. Probably something off OK Computer, like Fitter Happier or Electioneering or Climbing Up The Walls.

The Beatles - Yellow Submarine/ Octopus Garden
I love 'Octopus's Garden'. Forget the childish lyrics and Ringo's vocals, guitar wise that song is one of George Harrison's finest moments.

Eagles - The Greeks Don't Want No Freaks That would imply that the Eagles are any good in the first place

Pretty much every modern country artist and soft rock/easy listening band owes them a debt... on second thought maybe you're right

Abracadabra - The Steve Miller Band
This also implies that The Steve Miller Band is good in the first place, which I am willing to grant may be true for others, but Abracadabra is the worst.

OK, an obscure but great band: Sun60.
Their first album (eponymous) was near-perfect--super-catchy songs, great production and performance--I still highly recommend it, if you can find it.
Second album ("Only"), horrible--it was if they disavowed songwriting because of the hipster idea at the time that espoused jamming over songwriting. And the whole album shows it. No hooks, no songs, just riffs, repetition, boring improvisation. And sunglasses. Bleccch. When they played live around this period, they pretty much dumped any tracks from Album 1 and did almost all extended versions of stuff from Album 2. And the critics seemed to like 2 over 1 then too--idiots!
Album 3 had one great, great song ("C'mon and Kiss Me") and the rest was okay, but not memorable. Then they split up.

Velvet Underground: New Age (version on "Live 69" w different lyrics is way better than the lame album track)
Hall & Oates: Everything Your Hear Desires - signaled their unavoidable slide into AOR sap
U2: When I Look At The World
The Beatles: Honey Pie - barf!
AC/DC: Walk All Over You - Rocking track but it sounds like it was written by some disgusting rapist/killer

Nah, worst Velvet Underground song is Lonesome Cowboy Bill. New Age is great, especially for the 'SOMETHING'S GOT A HOLD ON ME' part. Wish that was longer.
That said, I've never listened to Squeeze.
