MBE, in the "Brian 72-74 thread" you mentioned a Dennis Comp CD.  The link is unavailable.  Is is possible for you to re-post that?

Thank you so much!  It's great how you and "Billy Castillo" can "date" when the photos were taken.

Well it's part of what I do working career wise and I always had a knack for it even in grade school. I love figuring it out myself.

ok, this might sound like the vaguest request ever....  Grin

does anyone have that photo of Brian and Mike sitting on a bench giving each other the craziest looks? It's black n white, 60's vintage i think, they're outside a house (maybe bellagio) with the camera facing Brian. I saw it ages ago and loved it, but obivously 'brian mike bench' doesn't get you far in google images Smiley

and might i say....

Damn!  Shocked  Grin

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Thanks, Lady. I've enjoyed your photo contributions, too. The pics of Dennis and Carl alongside Lulu are from Fabulous magazine circa '66.

It is a real shot but colorized. It was taken in 1966 or 1967.

The black-and-white version looks a lot less weird to me. It's probably just a zebra-print.
