Who's on drums ? Is that Kowalski?
Looks a lot like Dennis Dragon, but it must be Kowalski, as DD wasn't around during this time. Looks like Ricky's on the pedal steel behind Billy & Putter Smith's on bass behind Carl.

Did you post this as a picture of Bruce Johnston??
It´s actually singer-songwriter Harry Chapin!

Thanks ! Only took what it said on the link. I've written the correct date into the message now.
EDIT:
Found this through Google once again.
These are from 1997 it says. Unfortunately I can't get them bigger:
Maybe one of you can get the pictures in a bigger size. This is the source:

Google is a lot of fun. Here are more pictures I've found.
Here are some pics of Mike, Bruce and David on June 19th 1999 in Glauchau, Germany:

I don't know the date. It says it's from June 1999 but no further info is given:

It's my pleasure. So cool to see what you can find with Google. I just type in "Beach Boys 1967" (for example) and see what comes up. There are some nice stories (e.g. Jodie Gable) that wouldn't be very interesting for a book but maybe there should be a website that includes/collects all that stuff.
And while we're at it:
Vancouver 1983
Vancouver June 1983
Spring 1979
Check out his Beach Boys story (he seems to mistake Bobby Figuoera for Ricky):
