Actually if someone could post the 1972 photo here I would be grateful. I would but I can't seem to be able to.

Rule of thumb, think BEFORE you post. And THINK how it may affect someone else's feelings. Check out the Beach Boys Starline website, the place for pictures of many countries Beach Boys releases on 45. Listening to you I get the music; Gazing at you I get the heat; Following you I climb the mountain; I get excitement at your feet Right behind you I see the millions; On you I see the glory; From you I get opinions; From you I get the story

Brian looks a lot better in this shot from the same day. I can't believe what used to pass for a decent publicity shot back then. Could you imagine a photo like that being used now? Kind of like how they had the album cover of Summer Days and Summer Nights without Al. An album cover. Without all band members present. Anyway, it's nice to get the rare shot of the BBs with Brian in the early 70s.

A lot of bands shot informally around that time from what I can tell from studying the era Things weren't as slick but I like something a little loose really.
