'Beach Boys' and Parks concerts the very same july weekend in Scandinavia

Beach Boys on the 3'rd in the Målilla town (Småland, souther Sweden) where the Wilson/Love forefather emigrated from
- and Van Dyke Parks accompied by a classical Youth ensemble  from the national Danish Radio performing from his new 'latin' inspired album(?) at the RoskildeFestival in Roskilde, Denmark (south of Copenhagen) someday that weekend. Talk about being torn between two loved ones!

You could catch Mike and Bruce on the 2nd in Karlstad and make to Roskilde the next day......with a little effort

You probably have less chance of seeing VDP again! Especially with a classical youth emsemble..

Yeah, i'd go see VDP. Brian tours pretty regularly, and it's only a festival gig - hold out for a proper one.

Yes, but the fact that it is Mike & Bruce's Beach Boys (not that in itself apart from Mike) doing a concert in Målilla only a stonethrow away from 'birthplace
of the Beach Boys' is what makes this one special - IMO.

I've just been told that Park's concert is on sunday the 4'th of july and that one day tickets for that day can be booked. And I guess you could make it to both concerts then - if you want it bad enough...
