Can anyone shed any details on when/where this photo of Glen Campbell and Al was taken? It was included in the booklet of "A Postcard from California." And should anyone have a higher resolution please share. Thanks! http://www.examiner.com/slideshow/al-jardine-the-beach-boys-part-two#slide=6: "Glen Campbell and Al Jardine In Concert, circa 2006; personally given to Al by Glen (Glen Campbell / Jardine Tours)"

Also - is this David Marks' only appearance in the studio with a BB member aside from his teen years (and pre-TWGMTR/NASCAR)?
Dave, as I recall, observed the "Long Promised Road" session in 1971, so that may constitute "in the studio", but not actually participating.

Thank you so much GoodVibrations33. Still, I've always wondered about the circumstances behind the photo and whether Glen brought out Al as a special guest on a certain song or vice versa..... Can't say for sure, but Glen's attire seems to be much more "stage ready", so I'd lean towards it being a Glen gig that Al sat in on. Also, Al's not playing his normal Strat. Al does sometimes use rented gear for his own solo shows, but it also could mean it's a Glen gig and someone just handed him a guitar.

Makes sense and thanks much, HeyJude; I always look forward to reading your insightful, well-written posts.

....Dennis contradicts the main message with his spoken interjection "But not for us now".

So clearly Brian… doesn’t even sound like Dennis. I’ll go write my own book.

I've always thought it was Dennis. At the end of 'Graduation Day' on BB Concert he sings his lone "Daaaaaaayyyy" and they sound similar.

It might be mentioned in Jon's book on Dennis that it's him although it's been a while since I've picked it up (time to change that, I think!) Listening to the track, Brian continues his harmony line, although it's low in the mix, so unless he punched it in later, I'm still sticking with Dennis

Who's singing the Surfer Girl bridge on the In Concert album? Doesn't really sound like Carl, Al, Mike or Dennis. Is it Ricky Fataar?

According to The Definitive Vocal Credits Thread it's Alan (or Billy Hinsche?): http://smileysmile.net/board/index.php/topic,5525.msg73887.html#msg73887

It doesn't sound like Al because he didn't sing many ballads but it's him. The "little one" is sung by Al & it's kinda similar to the bridge.

Hi, RR. According to "John" (not me) it's Billy singing in falsetto...
