In light of the current economic uncertainty, i have decided not to hold a convention in August '09.  We all have more important things to do with our money and ourselves right now; let's do them.

Thanks for a great run, everybody, and here's to a brighter tomorrow - at which point festivities will surely resume...somewhere...!

Susan, I was thinking about prior conventions just yesterday as I was downloading some cool David Marks & The Marksmen tunes.

Which Marksmen tracks?  I know David has a new release of really nicely cleaned up masters that sound GREAT!!!!!

Susan, I was downloading iTunes files from The Ultimate Collector's Edition 1963-'65.

The tracks I liked most were the garagey numbers; "Do You Know What Lovers Say?," "I Wanna Cry," "I Could Make You Mine," and "I Heard You Cryin."
