I will surely not change my way of posting as I don't think I strayed away from Peter Reum's recommendations. There's ways to criticize people in a reasonable and respectful way, and one should mention the good things people do, too. I think I did both.

Not the real Magic Transistor Radio though! Maybe I will open up another account and go by Bubbly Waves. Then we can really get confused!

And I thought it was the real Mike Love! So the real Mike should call himself Juddge. Or The Judge would be more like it

Well, this is the key, isn't it? We can be honest and critical in a reasonable way. Using tact in no way muzzles any of us. We can be honest without calling names. I try not to post anything that I wouldn't say to their faces. I think the only person I have called a despicable excuse for a human being is Eugene Landy. If the opportunity had presented, I would have said it do his face as well, so my point stand.

This place used to be like a fun dive bar on Hawthorne Ave. Now it's a dive bar with secret peepholes and recording devices.

Wasn't there another time where Mike gave a shout out to the message board? I think someone told him that he should bring back the long beard and the Maharishi robes and he responded to that.

Wasn't that part of the rationale behind his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame speech?

Hi all,
YAY Peter!!! Hi Mike!!! Mike, Happy 2015 to you and your family. Yes, Peter is right about putting ourselves in the shows of the Beach Boys who post here and their families. I won't pretend it doesn't scare me that they read our posts. I will be careful of what I say here in the future.

Apparently we now have both Mike and Brian reading this board. They could write a new song exchanging ideas via PM.

Yeah, Mike could get some tips from BW on how to get a solo album deal and how to get his arrangements commercial-sounding enough.

I think Mike would insist on using the room. In all seriousness tho, it's an interesting time to be on this board, and that's an understatement. I can't think of anything more exciting than the man himself coming to check things out.

Here are my SMiLE Mixes. All are 2 suite, but still vastly different in several ways. Be on the lookout for another, someday. Aquarian SMiLE> HEREDumb Angel (Olorin Edition)> HEREDumb Angel [the Romestamo Cut]> HERE& This is a new pet project Ive worked on, which combines Fritz Lang's classic film, Metropolis (1927) with The United States of America (1968) as a new soundtrack. More info is in the video description. The American Metropolitan Circus>HERE[

How about Al Jardine going back to wearing pilgrim hats? Admit it, that would be pretty exciting too.
