Thank you to everybody who helped me get this. This is, no joke, one of the highlights of my fandom for me, and I'm eternally grateful.

I know, I know...there are several 'just got MIC' threads, and I should probably move this there. Meh...I will, later. Cool

I just got mine today, too!

Cool, Billy. I'm glad you could get it.

I'm finally digging into disc 1 and, so far, I absolutely love it.

I started with disc six and went backwards from there LOL

The 'updates' don't bother me as much as they did with the Spotify rip, just the pitch correction off of 'Sherry' is what is really bothering me. The packaging is really ace; the yearbook motif was a cool idea. One thing...when were Brian's interview snippets done? Asking, as for the first time they actually come across like Brian talking!

I'm not hearing the pitch correction off of 'Sherry'... what part(s) of the song would it be noticeable?

Hmm, that's odd. Your CD's are set up differently than mine.

I have two at the bottom of the page and one above them.

It's as if they took the layout and turned it inward.

Does anyone else have a difference?

Good for you, Billy, enjoy the music!

I like your video and noticed that your CD layout is different to mine. Must be a US/EU thing:

The first 'Sherry Baby, it's time to same goodbye'.  Listen to it on decent headphones...once you hear it, you can't unhear it. It's actually used  (to much better effect elsewhere) quite a bit on this song, but the one I mentioned actually is quite dodgy.

Me neither. I'd never have even known their was autotune on Sherry, Mystery etc. if it weren't for people complaining about it on here...

I'm still not convinced there is any on Sherry. Why leave parts of it out of tune and then tune some of it? I'm convinced what a lot of people are hearing in these cases is double tracking. (though can't recall if there is DT on Sherry!)

Agreed. I still can't hear the autotune even on the tracks where some posters are absolutely insisting its there.

Thirded - can't hear it on Sherry at all, although that's a track I never really paid special attention to before it was officially released. I can hear it on Mystery, though - the way the vocal is mixed is EXACTLY the way they are on the TWGMTR album, so I'm wondering if the vocal was done during those sessions.

It's nothing like the TWGMTR vocals. If it were, it might sound better.
