Music to the "Mamma Mia" 2 films. Since it's about general "what you listen", isn't "favorites we listen", this'll be the review - didn't like it save title song & few ditties.

I've been really into a group called Lake Street Dive lately. I got three of their albums for Christmas, and I've been listening to them pretty much every day.

Listened to great CBS Radio Mystery Theater, ep. "The Child's Cat Paw". About girl & her cat Fammie (shortened "familiar", she dubbed the cat like that when she read books about witches). Cat starts talking with girl coz she's lonely & wishes to talk with smb., she tells cat "why don't you talk". Cat gets bizarre idea about helping the girl's elderly uncle Willie to find match. The girl says who, cat points to baker lady Maggie Roberts' young sister Gloria. Girl & cat think up plan. Next day girl asks uncle Willie to go walk with her towards Robberts sisters' house, girl's mother says kill 2 birds with stone, get fresh bread. When they walk, girl starts making up stuff about Gloria telling her in secret that she finds Willie "charming", Willie can't believe but the girl insists she did say it. Then they get there, girl talks with Gloria about Willie being smitten by her beauty & that he's rich. Few days pass, the guy & Gloria prepare to be engaged but when he went to get wedding ring, she, whilst waiting in the car, sees her old boyfriend who she 1st refuses to talk with but he says to dump the granddaddy & go with him like good ole times & she agrees. When Willie gets back, he can't believe she chooses this "slacker" & refuses to give Gloria to that young guy yada yada. That guy punches Willie & leaves him lying in the snow. When he wakes, he sees Maggie, the baker lady, she saved him, fed him with soup etc. Then Willie says he made mistake to pick young glamorous sister, should've picked nice kind woman like Maggie. They get married. At the end, the girl seriously talks with Fammie, says they'll be friends but that the cat never talks again, stays being just cat.
Fun observation - the girl's name is Dinah & she got elderly uncle Willie. It's like in film "Philadelphia Story", Katharine Hepburn's little sister Dinah & there's elderly guy uncle Willie.
It's good ep but the actress playing Dinah's mother really annoyed. She got nervous about tiniest things such as Dinah talking with cat, she hates that cat, that cat is evil, Dinah's up to sth. Everytime she's in, her characters magically suspect sth. right at the beginning which turns out she was right. & everybody else is idiot to not listen to her. It's like she got ESP or what. Annoying as hell. & I don't like her voice in the least bit, jittery, nervous, too much breathing, yet goody good, with "uber-protective about her fam & friends" intonations. Then, didn't like the actress who voiced cat, fake meows & lame human voice. Shoulda cast smb. else.

There's a new Joe Jackson album 'Fool' that is really good. His voice is mostly unchanged over the last 40 years which is very comforting to me.
This is the energetic single 'Fabulously Absolute':
