Just voted. Glad to see 'Abbey Road' being the favourite so far, I've always thought it was their absolute best.

I voted for Rubber Soul. It is one of a handful of albums that I can listen to at anytime and always enjoy it. I prefer the U.S. version, but the original is great too.

Shoot, I voted for Rubber Soul and was kind of crushed it was getting it's tale kicked in 5th place. I was very close to voting for Revolver, but didn't. I'm kind of surprised it is holding it's own in front of Pepper like it is.

Earlier Revolver was behind, I'm surprised to see it doing so well.  I would have probably voted for one of the later albums, but to be honest they all wear a little thin for me, likely only because of all the hype they get.  Of course Revolver gets it's own share of hype too.

Really I can respect anybody picking about any of the albums, they're all pretty fucking good.  I can still remember the first time I heard Revolver, though, and I was stunned at how good it was.

Nice to see that Magical Mystery Tour isn't on there *sigh*

Is that not considered an album??

Well, that's my favorite, so I'm not casting a vote. Rubber Soul is my second favorite album though.

No, Magical Mystery Tour is not really an official album. At least The Beatles didn't release it as one in 1967. They released an EP and the EP songs and other non-album songs from 1967 were packaged together by Capitol and released as an album in the States.

Thanks rockandroll - I figured it had something to do with the fact it's a soundtrack.

Still, I wish it had been on the list!

It's like The Beatles version of Smiley Smile - only a helluva lot more listenable.

Baby You're A Rich Man is one of my favorite Beatles songs - I have NO idea why either; I love the bass riff and vocals I guess.

The Magical Mystery Tour album has been part of the UK albums since 1976, and part of their official canon, at least since the 1987 CD releases. It was my favorite Beatles albums for years, especially the more commercial side 2. As I've gotten older though, I really took to the U.S. Rubber Soul.

But.... all my favourite Beatles songs are singles!  Huh

My old favourite used to be Help! but I haven't listened to that for ages.

Ticket To Ride is my favorite Beatles song. It is nearly flawless in production, execution, lead vocal and mostly for Ringo's drumming.

I like all the Beatles albums basically. 1965-66 is my favorite era so Rubber Soul really does it for me.
