The Beatles Stereo box set-Mastering error, or just a defect?

I was listening to the Beatles For Sale CD from the stereo remastered box set, and I discovered something that seems to be a very noticeable "glitch". I'm not sure if it's just a defective disc, or an actual mastering error. I was hoping that somebody who has it could check it out for me. It happens during the song "Baby's In Black". I'm not sure of the exact moment, but it happens shortly after the guitar solo. The sound seems to suddenly get much louder all of a sudden, and the rest of the song is louder than the first half of it. I noticed it in the right speaker/channel. I'll have to listen to it again to see if it's in the left speaker channel. It's very noticeable and distracting. It's also very annoying for obsessive people like me.

Just listened to "Baby's In Black" on my "Beatles For Sale" stereo disc and I cannot simulate the anomaly that you are experiencing. The entire disc sounds flawless. Same with the rest of the discs in the box set - just outstanding audio quality. Even better than my Dr. Ebbetts Beatle CD's.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Ok, thanks.
I might have a bad copy then. Or maybe my speakers are dying.

The only strange thing on the remasters I have come across is that strange double echo at the end of the track Please Please Me. Other than that the remasters sound great.

The only thing better than the CDs would be the 24/192 master files.

Huh. That's the first person I heard (except Ebbetts himself, who was pretty much forced into saying it, from what I gather) who thought the remasters sounded BETTER than the Ebbetts CD's.
Yeah, they don't have the sometimes-vinyl noise that the Ebbetts do, but they're also noise reduced. Besides - the Ebbetts White Vinyl Direct Metal Master edition of The White Album is PERFECT; the best sound quality I have EVER heard on an album, in fact. How can you beat perfection?

I believe that comes from them having to "Fly in" the harmonica bits from the mono mix. It goes a bit our of sych at the end. It's always been like that on the stereo mix.

What the hell is that song doing drenched with echo, btw? It's not on the Mono mix.
Downloading The Mono Box actually provided the 'I just peedled my pants' moment I was looking for with the remasters. Now looking at the secondhand copy in my local shop with confused feelings.

All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.

Those stereo remasters piss me off more than anything. I've been dying to get the mono set but my funds aren't too cool at the moment....Just bought the GV boxset and have set aside at least $150 for the SMiLE boxset. No way am I spending $100+ on a Beatles mono set now - no matter how much I want it!

Ever want to hear some Beach Boys songs mashed up together like The Beatles' 'LOVE' album? Check out my mix!

I've noticed on the stereo box set that in some of the "fine print" of the booklets, it states that certain songs are in mono. So you basically have a beatles album that's 99% stereo, with one song in mono. I understand that there may be some "techinical issues" with certain recordings, but still, I'm not sure how I feel about it.
I eventually plan to get the mono set, but the
only
reason I really want it is for a good quality mono mix of Helter Skelter. I really don't want to spend $150 and up for one track, but such is the live of an obsessive nutcase who needs everything.
