Yeah, Murry got the group off the ground and helped them get a couple of record contracts and promoted them. Then he became the King of Assdom and was gone two years after they started. He was unceremoniously canned, then re-surfaced five years later to help Brian with one single, then sold Sea Of Tunes under Brian's nose for only 750K. Brian and Dennis loved Murry so much, they didn't even show up to his funeral.

So................I like the above artwork white over black with the three Wilson brothers. Do whatcha wanna but baby don'tcha do it on me. I don't want Murry imortalized on my shirt!

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

I agree with Mikie. But then again, the Ramones design kinda needs four names. And who else are you going to put there? Jackie? Wink

Woodrow. Esp. the 'Wood' name part reminds me of Dennis somehow. Don't know why.

The inclusion of Murry on the logo makes it very "in the loop" and rises the nerd factor by 200%

are the Ramones' parents listed in their logo? is ANY band's???

Murry's inclusion is funny, but i don't want him in the finished product. sorry...

fun facts: Joey Ramone's real last name is Hyman, and none of the Ramones are related.

Yeah, white on black is the way to go, and I agree that Murry needs to be on there.  Why?  It just fits in a bizarre way.  (Plus it fills in the circle better on the graphic.) Most importantly, it was Murry himself, masquerading on this board as Reggie Dunbar, who came up with the idea in the first place.

White on black, black on white, with or without Murry, I'll have one, pleeeease!

If there;s no chance of us UKers being in on it, could you email a PDF and I'll have one run up privately!

Cheers bossaroo! Made my own top for my band's gig on Saturday night at the Grand in Clitheroe (UK). Played in front of around 700 people, I got a few people ask about the top afterwards  Smokin

Also met Liam Gallagher yesterday whilst I was wearing it, but he didn't comment on it ha ha - possibly went over his head...

Shameless plug here, if you wanna check my band out on Facebook search "Combat Rock - The Official Homepage"

Wow those look fantastic!  I'd love a Medium if possible too - it would be a vast improvement over the fake one I'm wearing in the OP picture  LOL

I'm in for a Large - but I'd really prefer to have Murry's name on there too.  The circle not only looks a lot better with four names, but it just seems 10 times more cool as a conversation piece, as well as something that would be worn by a true fan of the band and their history.  The shirt looks nice with three names, but rather mundane and uninspiring.  Adding Murrys name makes it quite unique and dramatically raises the coolness factor.  Liam Gallagher definitely would have noticed the shirt with Murry's name on there, thinking, "Oh, those Wilsons!"

I can just picture BW, CW, and DW on stage with MW in the audience passing out "I'm Brian's Dad" buttons and then attempting to get the attention of the guys as he motions to them to move closer to the mics, turn up the treble, etc, etc.  Yeah, Murry had many faults which the guys had to put up with, but he was also an integral part of their early days.  Seriously, I'm laughing out loud right now thinking of how cool it would be wearing that shirt with all four names.

Cannot stand Chris Brown, but cool t-shirt.  Why'd they put it on him of all people, though?  I mean, if you're gonna photoshop somebody random, use a hot chick.  That's default, default should always be hot chick, not hot chick beater.

Better idea.  Somebody 'shop Brian wearing one.

Not that you're asking for them Smiley since what you're doing is so cool, but I have an idea.

One of the coolest t-shirts I've seen is that one "The Madness of Mission 6"

If you've never seen it, it's pretty cool.  It takes a famous theme, and completely respins it so that at first it's not immediately noticeable what the shirt is even about.  Maybe a Beach Boys inspired one of somekind?

***spoiler************

If you can't figure the shirt out, it's a pac man shirt.  Basically the guy is trapped on a spacestation, and all of his coleagues have died.... He's been taking anti anxiety drugs and now sees their ghosts chasing him around the ship.    http://www.threadless.com/product/751/The_Madness_of_Mission_6
