Ahhhh, I'm still debating. I really want Bringing It All Back Home and Blonde On Blonde in mono, but I don't want to spend $100 to do so. But it would be great to have his whole '62-'68 recordings in mono....very tempting!

Between the Buttons. I never listen to Between the Buttons--almost never the Stones at all, in fact, though I have been known to spin Exile a few times a year. One of those great albums that fits into the recent thread about whether we listen to the classics much ... and how I don't. (Speaking of frequent listening and not-classics, I've been loving the new Of Montreal, by the way.)

MOJO freebie CD: "The Dawning of a new Area" - comp of original ska versions of Specials tracks. Some of those MOJO freebies are really excellent while others are complete throwaways.

Oh, I like that one, it's got "Yesterday's Papers" on it, right?

Is that Belle & Sebastian good? Hope it lives up to The Life Pursuit. Will have to give it a while to buy as I'm absolutely broke  Sad

Right now I'm listening to 'Life Is A Problem', an utterly fantastic gospel comp.

I'm only on my first listen (second-to-last song). As of now, I'd say no, it is not as good as TLP. It has its moments, especially when the energy picks up in the middle third or so. But it's a slow starter and apparently a lazy finisher. Kind of an odd sequencing, in my opinion. Anyway, you have some time to save up: it's not out for another 3-4 weeks.
