Not that I'm trying to overkill on my album covers site, you understand LOL but I'd be really interested to know how others view the sleeves, and their particular favourites. You've read my reviews, now tell me yours !
Please slip on through to the Guestbook page of my site (www.pipeline-operaglass.moonfruit.com) and log your replies there !
Thanks ...

I never really liked any of their album covers, but I would pick "Summer days(and nights)" as one of my favorites. Captures the breeziness and carefree lifestyle that the boy's music was projecting in their prime...I still get a kick out of "Pet Sounds", even though Mike Love told Imus it was all about a picture of a goat's ass...

The first person to nominate the 1985 album as a favourite !! (Tho' I DO agree with placing SIP up there) ...
Although regarding your "Love You" critique - have you checked out the origin of the  sleeve at my site ? It WAS supposed to look like hand-stitching !

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

OOOOOH !! Each to his own ...
Having researched the individual pics that went onto the sleeve I've come to appreciate it a lot more now - and you cannot deny the photos inside are pretty cool for late 70's period ... can you ??!!
And Rocker - thanks for posting it directly - much appreciated (I'm trying to work out the names of those who actually visit the site, so that helped !!) ...
