A bunch of the Billy Hinsche videos, such as the various "on tour" docs, have made their way out there in the expected places. Dunno if the Carl one is out there. Whomever is controlling his estate seems to have zero interest in making these things available in any form. I doubt they ever sold a ton (they weren't cheap for barebones SD DVDs), but I think if the estate took all of them, crammed them all on one Blu-ray in SD, they could get some people to buy it.
