Good luck to everyone in the Mid-Atlantic U.S. this weekend; we're looking at totals of more than two feet of snow in some cases. Everyone stay safe!

Yes! Hope to hear you're all well as the weekend passes. And I hope you have snow-blowers!

Well, here in Chester County (about a half hour from Philadelphia) we're under almost sixteen inches of snow.

Hope everyone has heat, water, food, something like candles in case the electricity fails, and a working phone. Here in Montana, where snow this heavy happens every winter, we add four wheel drive to the above stuff.

I'm in Baltimore.  This is a record storm for us.  Plenty of food, heat, etc.

Keep safe and hoping things resolve as quickly as possible for y'all affected.

The weather down this way quite the opposite, and I was oblivious to Blizzard until I accidentally watched the news the other night.  Mind blowing footage from DC & South Carolina.

I feel like the word "blizzard" has the wrong amount of z's, but I don't know what the right amount would be.

I know it's inconvenient and for a lot of people dangerous, but it's also pretty. Is that New England?

I'm in Baltimore.

Despite total lack of communication, the City is doing a much better job than they did during the Blizzard(s) of 2010.  I wasn't able to drive for over a week during that storm, but was able to today.

Northern NY was spared, surprisingly.

Baltimore set an all time record for snowfall with this blizzard, beating out a snowstorm we had in 2003.

Four of the six worst snowstorms in Baltimore history have occurred in the last 20 years.  Where's our global warming?
