And what happens?
Does Mike try to go back to 2011 and not do the C50 reunion at all?
Does Brian go back to 1966 and give his younger self a pep talk?
Does David Marks go back and talk his younger self into not quitting the band?
One would hope Carl and Dennis could be saved from their premature endings of course as well.

It's the early 1890's. A young Brian Wilson is working for his father, a blacksmith. Brian is quiet and awkward with girls and spends hours and hours on the family piano composing marches, waltzes, two steps, and novelty ditties during his precious free time. Every third Thursday he rehearses a ragtag group of amateur musicians who somehow are able to play his intricate, beautiful melodies.
One day he mailed off samples of his work to the organizers of the Chicago Exposition of 1893. Some months later a letter arrived informing him that he had been invited to the fair to conduct a small orchestra that would play four of his "original compositions." A portion of the letter read, "The band is to perform atop the gazebo on the midway of the Exposition grounds." A dream come true.
Brian began the task of fine tuning and writing out all of the parts to the four pieces. He had heard a rumor that John Phillip Sousa would be there! And he also got wind that there would be those regional ticklers he had read about, showing off the new ragged music that had sprouted up in Missouri. He wondered if a New York publisher would notice him. And he prayed that the public would respond favorably to his fanciful brand of music.

Carl quits smoking at 14.
Bruce edits 4 minutes out of HCTN disco version.
Mike avoids Dennis' fist when the latter throws a punch to his face.

Carl goes back to 1982/83, and doesn't bring Landy into the picture again.

Mike goes back to 1961 knowing every hit song that's been released in the last 54 years. He'll get to write 'Yesterday' before McCartney!

Al would go back and not align himself so closely with Mike in the late 70's.

Easy. If Brian's anything like me, I would assume he would go back in time to kick his own ass ad go make more music. And Mike would go back to bet on Sports.

Carl or David would go back and play a kick a$$ version of Johnny B Goode at their parents' high school dance.
Mike would go back and make sure that he contributes at least one lyric to each single Beach Boys song so he can sue for even more.
Blondie and Ricky go back and stop Capitol from releasing Endless Summer.
Bruce goes back to 1957 and lives out his peaceful live he sung about in Disney Girls.
Al would go back and tell his young self to forget about dentistry.
Brian would go back to tell himself to lay off the cigarettes to keep his pristine vocals in tact.

How 'bout going back in time and stopping Murry from selling Sea of Tunes? And while we're at it, use that time machine to convince Brian to NOT invite Murry to the "Help Me, Ronda" session? Or better yet, convince Murry to just stay out of the sessions all together? And NOT get fired. And exercise.

Brian goes back to his '65/'66 younger self and both Brians get high on weed together, laying on the front of a car at night. I can already see it....
Younger Brian: Man, you know, man, I think all the stars are notes, but you have to draw the line....
Older Brian: You know what, man, I remember thinking the same thing....man....
Or more likely, Brian visiting himself in the 70s, having a nice chair and listening to his younger self play "Ding Dang" for hours..... I would join

Dennis introduces Charles Manson to Brian. Enchanted by Brian's innocent and beautiful soul, Manson sees the error of his ways and becomes Brian's writing partner and a full-time member of the band.
