Not sure how many times this happened in the 60s, but the last incidence I can find from the 70s is 25/7/1976, with Good Vibrations [1976] at 33 on Capitol and Rock & Roll Music at 39 on Reprise. It was a strangely Oldies chart including Back In The USSR, At The Hop and Leader of the Pack:

April 23rd 1966 - Sloop John B and that other bloody song...

July 30th 1966 - SJB & GOK...

Best overall chart would seem to be November 19th 1966, thus

Just out of curiosity, did The Beatles ever have three albums entering the charts within a two and a half month time span? And did they ever have two albums entering the charts within two weeks of each other?

Apparently Simon & Garfunkel did so on Billboard in the US. For the UK I think Elvis and Frank Sinatra did so very early on (1957-59), and David Bowie in 1973. This is the Bowie chart; he has 5 albums in the Top 30:
