Need help - can't upload or use a profile picture

I want to upload a picture or use one from my facebook account. But for some reason nothing happens when I try to upload or post it. I can see the picture, but when I click on "change profile" it disappears. Please help me.

Right click the photo you want to use, and click "Copy Image URL"

Paste that link instead and it will work - it should have .jpg at the end
