Spirit/Stairway to Heaven" plagiarism lawsuit

I know nothing about lawsuits & I really don't give a fig about who stole the riff/ borrowed this or that. Yaaawnsville. Instead, let me turn it back to Spirit. This is a good band. Their song "Fresh Garbage" was featured in one of those numerous psychedelic comps. The lead singer has fantastic voice; lots of echo, but it's not enough psych, more like progressive rock. I hear Indian, also African influences, the tribal call & such. Solid song.
