Hey ya'll, I wanna share my latest BBs art project!  Been almost starting on these for forever, and finally got Brian mostly done.   Don't have a Carl sketch yet, but the rest of the guys are almost there.  Pet Sounds outfits.  Thoughts?

LOL, no Murry dolls!!  We wanna keep this a happy and joyous and Murry-free occasion Smiley

The order will be this....   Brian > Mike > Carl > Dennis > Al.  I'm basing this on a combination of importance and actual height.  So yes, Al will be the tiniest! 

No Bruces, Rickys, Blondies or Davids, since this is just a 5 doll set, so I'm going with the 5 "main" BBs.

Last night I painted Mike's red beard, but... do you guys think Mike should be giving a cheesy wink?  I'll keep ya'll posted!!   Grin

While watching the Olympics today, they ran a story on matroishka. My hubby says "I'll bet there's a set out there of the Beach Boys" and I told him, "why yes there is." Keep up the good work, dellydel.

While I do agree that it's done good & so forth, I am not quite sure what's the deal with them having eyes with no apples, just white thing. Are you turning The BBs into shamans, dellydel?

Hey, something like that would be a nice way to show them off!  I'll try!!  Oh I just noticed the Wooooodn't it be nice... har!

God, I wonder what that would take.  I often wish I could show Brian, or any of the boys, the shirts I'm making, or these nesting dolls... I know some of you guys out there have connections to the band, is there any realistic chance that, for instance, a t-shirt design could be presented to Brian, or his people, and they would like it and sell it on the official site?  Cuz the shirts that Brain sells on his site are pretty boring... and I think everyone would dig that Brian's sandbox design.

LOL.   Cheesy  That's my next project!

Yeah.... I admit, that's kinda weird.  I did that with Brain first, and my intention was to make him really stylized looking, and his white eyes were partly that, just a weird style, but also because Brian sometimes has that crazy 1000 yard stare, and I wanted to capture some of that.  And then Mike would up being way less stylized, so then the styles started to clash immediately.  But I stuck with the weird eyes... and now they're all kinda weird eyed.  I NEVER SAID I WAS PERFECT!!!!!   Roll Eyes   (but isn't Brian kind of a shaman anyways?)   

I got the Dennis and Al sketch looking prettying good, hopefully can finish one of them this weekend!
