Cassius - Everything about it drives me nuts: The jokes, the wooden delivery, the self criticism.

I'd be interested to know how these comedy tracks were received at the time by the kids buying them. They seem so old fashioned now but maybe at the time they worked much better? Anybody here remember buying Shut Down vol 2, and how they felt about Cassius Love vs Sonny Wilson?
