I don't think he was saying that direct musical quotes from those songs are in WIBNTLA, rather that the "feel" of the song is reminiscent in parts of those other Dennis songs.  At least that's what I hope David was implying.

I got that. What I meant is... WIBNTLA is a 1971 ballad written by Dennis. It won't be far removed from Steamboat, Barbara or Cuddle Up.
