Bottom line:  he was thoroughly investigated.  He was not charged or convicted of any crimes.   Had there been any such evidence to charge or convict him of such crimes, they would have (whether he's Pete Townshend or not).
And that, as they say, is that.  Period.

He was still cautioned though - that's on record for life. It's basically a police record without out the need to go to court.

Yep. He might not have been charged, but he wasn't acquitted either.

I think in Pete's and Mike's case, neither one of them are sickos but they both did 'innapropriate' things with kids.  Mike probably didn't touch any up but still sleeping with kids in your bed is innappropriate.  Pete acted inappropriately too but I believe his explanation.

Both of them were stupid for doing what they did.

On a completely different note, yes I've been waiting for Detox for 10 years too.  At one time Dre was saying that it was going to be 'orchestral funk rap'.  That would have been awesome.

I agree with you smh..detox might never come out though..Dr. Dre is a perfectionist but with the way he's putting everything on hold this might end up being another smile lol
