Sunflower dropped from rolling stone magazine top 500 albums

Well it's the truth it doesn't matter if one of his albums was autotuned or not we are talking about the albums that made it to the list.
To be honest all of Kanye's albums from "College Dropout" to "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" are better than Sunflower. (as far as creativity/sound/lyrics)
Now if you said Today,Pet Sounds,Smile or even Wild Honey then I would've disagreed but in this situation I totally agree with rolling stone on this one.

The whole i idea of comparing a sunshine pop album to a rap album is ridiculous in the first place. Trying to rank every different genres best albums of the last 60 years up against other genre's best albums, like what Rolling Stone did with this list, is kinda ridiculous.

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy should have been ranked the highest. I think, from what I've heard, it's Kanye's magnum opus. Such an amazingly produced, thrilling album.

I think Rolling Stone was just throwing the Beach Boys a bone with the inclusion of Sunflower in the top 500... It is a very good album, but it isn't a masterpiece or near-masterpiece. Smile, though unfinished , contains some of the best rock songs of all time (Heroes and Villains, Surf's Up, Vega-Tables, Wind Chimes, Cabin Essence) and definitely deserves a spot. The only reason it's 381 is because its unfinished.

Is there a place on the web I can read the digital issue of the 2012 500 Greatest Albums list? I would like to see what was written on Smile.
