Copper Kettle by Bob Dylan. Love his country voice, singing sweetly about how to properly build a fire.

I fucking love that song! Cool

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

This might be the best rock song of the last 25 or so years. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgnaYyFLCx8

Get turnt up and listen to the "Piss Test" remix by A-Trak featuring Jim Jones, Flosstradamus, Flatbush Zombies and El-P. It's fire! The original with Juicy J and Danny Brown is monstrous too.

Let It Be Me by The Everly Brothers. Not sure whether I should play it at my wedding or my funeral.

Save it for your funeral - you should walk down the isle to Lovey Kravezit!

Forget that they issued it as a single, I think the real crime is that they were wearing bowties in 1966!

Really into Bill Wyman's solo work at the moment. Got Monkey Grip on vinyl, and i've got that, Stone Alone, and Bill Wyman (self-titled album) on MP3.
My favourite track by him is "Girls" from his self titled album. Really obsessed with that lol

Last weekend I got some Everly Brothers 180g reissues. Great stuff all around, of course, but I am really loving their cover of Ray Charles' "What Kind Of Girl Are You". Great bluesy feel with an interesting high harmony through the second verse.

I'd never heard of him until recently, but I'm REALLY digging Todd Rundgren, especially 1973's "A Wizard/A True Star"

It Must Be Jesus by The Southern Tones from 1954. Ray Charles took the melody from this and turned it into I've Got A Woman. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvCbVLZW4EY

Ah, that was the first Rundgren album i heard, now I'm a huge fan.

I would recommend getting the incredible double disk "Something/Anything", then maybe "Todd".

I can't stop listening to Funkadelic at the moment. Cosmic Slop has been on repeat.

Earlier today I couldn't stop listening to the soft and groovy 'Yadig?' by The James Gang. Who knows what song I'll be addicted to tomorrow. Something totally different probably.

For a little bit longer than a week, the only song I listened to was "I am the Cosmos" by Chris Bell. This song blows my mind.
