Prophetic BB songs

In My Room is one song that is sort of prophetic in that Brian spent a good amount of time in his room in the early 70s. Today I was listening to the song When I Grow Up. It caught my attention that the ages being stated as it fades out. Right after 25, Mike says 'Oh no!'. This was about the age Brian took a major step back (after Friends). The last age you hear is 32 which Brian turned in 1974! This is when Brian really turned it off for a few years! Jan and Dean's song Dead Man's Curve is another one.
Thoughts? Other prophetic songs?

Be True to your school. Brian's singing background vox with Marilyn, which later on in life he'd refuse to sing unless Marilyn sang with him, right?

i think the whole of smile pretty much was prophetic. i mean it was recorded in sections and fragments and all put together, which after it fell apart sent them out of the public's eye like they were. this is prophetic of how the beach boys would be for the next twentty some years. They spread the smile songs out amongst the albums (sections and fragments) and also failed to ever gain the same critical reception they had in the 60's.

Except for that period of 74-76 where the BBs were as big as ever!

Don't Worry Baby
"Well it's been building up inside of me for, oh, I don't know how long" could be interpreted as Brian talking about the stresses which lead to his breakdown later that year.

From "Little Saint Nick": "Cruisin' every pad with a little surprise" foretells mid '70s Brian drug suppliers picking up money from & dropping off dope in his mailbox. Maybe not a surprise to Brian, but probably was for Marilyn or the kids if they happened to get the mail that day.

Here Today can be interpreted as Brian being a survivor and still being with us.
Lets Go Away For Awhile can refer to The Beach Boys trip to Holland.
Do It Again can refer to the 2012 reunion

Not a Beach Boy song but Carl's song "Like a brother" talks about "wait for your wave there'll be another". Brian has definitely caught another for sure.

All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.

Maybe not — the tune was supposedly about cocaine.

LOL! I think we got a winner! Van Dyke should ask Mike to interperate his lyrics!

H.E.L.P. Is On The Way is another prophetic song...
Perhaps I should start a new thread, but there are a bunch of songs that could fit into any BB era for example Your So Good To Me sounds like a Love You song.
