All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.
What is this "life" thing you speak of ?

This sounds like a hoax or a joke, right? That nonsense happens every day. When I was in the studio business and had ads running in local papers and whatnot, we'd get calls sounding just like that ad where someone would basically want us to record, mix, master, etc. for free or in exchange for "exposure". One religious radio station called and asked us to produce and record some advertising spots for free because as soon as the ads got on their airwaves, we'd get our name around.

What a load of crap - my line in reply, besides totally ignoring the people asking for that kind of thing, was to suggest we go to their place of work or place of business and ask *them* for something for free. Walk into a bakery totally unknown to the people who own the bakery and ask for a few dozen baked goods from their case - free - and tell them if we eat the baked goods and like them, the "exposure" will make up for the lack of payment.

It's amazing how many people expect musicians to work for free.
