Hmmmmmm, a 2011 London tour with stops in Manchester, Glasgow, and Birmingham. Good for you Mancs, Scotsmen, and Brummies who aren't in the vicinity of the LONDON tour!

Goddamnit, I live only a 15 minute train ride from Birmingham but I'm going to be in Australia when this is happening.

Even those of us who live an hour from London ? Try engaging brain before saying something like that next time.

In fact, this isn't the best possible move, given that the RFH tickets aren't selling anything like as well as they used to.  I shouldn't bitch as the current schedule was almost exactly what I suggested when asked, but that was assuming the London gigs sold well.

What i meant was, if i lived in glasgow, booked my rfh ticket (because i was under the impression they were his only dates doing Gershwin) and my train or plane ticket, my hotel, etc, only to find out i could see him anyway without all that extra expense and hassle, i would be annoyed.
Not meant to offend any midlands/northerners/scots who had bought tickets, it's Brian's management that are in the wrong.

Huh?  Brian's fans are Clamoring, DEMANDING I tell you, more dates, and they're wrong for booking them?
That's a quaint notion.

I thought you Brits prided yourselves on your ability to see fifteen Brian shows in a row during a single tour in seven different countries spread over three different continents AND not be late for any of the pre-concert meet-ups and aftershow signings with Brian! Something changed? Bluebird can no longer call Melinda and talk about the weather? STOP THE FUCKING MADNESS!  LOL
