YES!!!!!!!!!!! White Elvis and the Slow Jamz Kid unleash their masterpiece Hung From A Poplar With A Silvertone Ringing!
Hahaha! Old, old in-jokes...love it. Soon Bugul will be essaying on our classic tunes like "19th Century Whores (We Ride 'Em Raw)" and the VDPisms of "Two Aristocats." I hate what Gwen Stefani did with "If I were a rich man". Her album is a guilty pleasure, except I don't feel so guilty. Derivative as f*** and as I said, terrible, inane, insulting lyrics. Just saying. Don't/do tread there. I like your Australian post on the other board. Looks like the Aussie Phil Collins. And that ain't something ta f*** with.

GENESIS "And Then There Were Three". WOW,just got done listening to the first track,"Down and Out",what drumming and Tony Bank's keyboard solo was awesome. This was Genesis during my favorite period:1976-1978. Trick of the Tail,Wind and Wuthering,Seconds Out,And Then There Where Three. What an era in music!!! Big Bri

gee evryone's talking about Genesis . the guy in the studio next to me is Blaring the lamb lies down ...so i guess i'm listening to that. He also told me their is a group called Musical box (from canada) that plays Genesis albums in their entirety ?...and that sometimes former members of genesis join them. I guess they came to Boston and played Lamb with the original costumes and slide show.anyone ever hear about these guy's?

Zen, Go to this site: http://www.themusicalbox.net/I've seen the Musical Box 3 times now.Twice doing "Selling England By the Pound" tour '73.And once doing "The Lamb..".These guys are F'n incredible. You actually think you're watching GENESIS with Gabriel. In fact,Genesis has endorsed these guys with being the "true" Genesis tribute band. All the equipment is vintage 70's.ARP Pro-soloist,Mellotron,Hammond T-105 organ,Leslie cabinets. The special effects and backdrops WERE Genesis' from those days. They gave TMB all that to make the shows authentic.Go see TMB if you get a chance. It's like taking a trip back in time!! I'm one of the biggest Genesis fans you'll ever meet. A huge collector as well. What a fantastic band. I enjoy all of their albums, though I'd have to agree with 1976-1978 being their best (as in most creative) period.
