Please jog my memory here, but I do remember seeing Brian being interviewed on Ch4 T4, on a Sunday over here in the UK about a year ago.
It was a treat because Brian was being interviewed on a hip teenage/20's show and Brian was funny and lucid, and relaxed, giving clear answers.
Brian made the rest of the crew laugh and was happy and laughing himself, One of the best interviews I've seen Brian do.
If it's on youtube please point me in the right place, Many thanks  Smiley

Maybe there's something in the media-section of Brian's official site......?

Thanks have just looked but nothing, it was just a 5min piece, but the level of respect given by the two who was doing the interview impressed me esp as T4 is really a teens programme, but thinking about it now alot of greats from the 60's and 70's have been on it too Smiley

The interview was live (I think??) and it was on just before Friends was on too. And seeing that Friends on T4 is the highest rated thing on T4, Brian's interview was on a prime slot. I wish I can remember more!!!

I thoroughly searched through my collection, but although I did find some mid 2000's recordings here, I couldn't find (nor remember) the one you refer to. But it sounds like an interesting one. I hope it will surface soon.

Thanks for looking Brian was on T4 one Sunday morning, I was just flicking the channels and on Ch4 show T4 that's on every Sunday, the two young presenters said Brian Wilson on soon!!. So I stayed on and watched and when Brian come on I willing Brian well and he was great fun and relaxed and thats why it's stuck in my mind, One very funny relaxed Brian. Thank you Andrew for saying it rang a bell, I was starting to question myself for a moment. Been looking myself via Google and nothing as of yet but I'm still looking. I did find a local BBC news piece Interviewing Brian by a British Beach (Cloudly lol), talking about I think BWPS??. Again Brian was great, Relaxed and gave good answers, and it was sweet seeing him walking along a British Beach one for the media bit of this forum methinks.

Ah, bless him ! Always nice to hear him say that the UK's his favourite place to play ! Wonder how much actual interview she managed to get out of him as the item seems to be mostly documentary and background as opposed to talk ?

True, but who cares really it's great just to see him, what he says is cool and Brian seems quite relaxed as well. Just think it could of been worse if he didn't have the help and support to save his life over the years and that makes me Smile Grin

You want a decent interview from Brian, you get a pretty woman to interview him Grin
