Mr. Siegel keeps a tight leash on the article...you can read it online, but you have to pay.  Best thing to do would be to scan it from a copy of LLVS (which is essential reading for any Beach Boys fan anyways, so if you don't have it, order it ASAP) and send it to her that way.

Yeah, just disregard all of Priore's out-of-date theories and end enjoy the primary source material!  There's some gold in there.

Thanks to the OP for starting this thread though.  It inspired me to dig up my copy and reread this article.  Still fascinating after all this time.  Jules only asks $3 for it, so it might be worth it to you to just get it from him personally.  And he does offer his email in the event you'd like to make a case for why you should read it free.  Or you could be the first to send him a book.  LOL

The article can also be found in "Record" - a collection of Siegel' s writings, which was published in 1972 (Straight Arrow Books, San Francisco). That's where I read it for the first time. By the way most of the other stuff in the book is quite good as well.

Not that one - that's the writings of Paul Williams. Excellent book to have: you're thinking about the "Outlaw Blues" piece.

"GS, HG" is in DAG #3.

Thanks for this link. For some reason I thought Jules Siegel had passed away. Is this an old link?
