Am I correct in saying that the vocal masters for every US number 1 single are missing (except Kokomo)? Pure coincidence?
What about Rhonda and I Get Around?, those master tapes exist!

I should have posted in the sadbox
Coincidentally, Landy was buried in a sandbox. Mullet first, of course.

What about Rhonda and I Get Around?, those master tapes exist! They do technically exist but the final stage overdubs are missing due to the way they were recorded.

Has anyone seen any post Brian era pics of Landy to prove or disprove the buried-with-the-mullet theory?

That is true, hence the pretty good Mono Extractions that we recieved, because of the missing Solos and what not, but all of the vocal tapes exist.

Alan is correct; if you have a PayPal account, and pay via PayPal (either by credit/debit card or bank transfer), you can select the destination currency of "US Dollars" at the time of payment. and PayPal will automatically do the currency conversion from your native currency. We also accept international bank cheques that you can obtain directly from your bank (not a personal check, unless your bank allows you to write "US Dollars" next to the amount; some Canadian banks allow this) mailed to our mailing address (Endless Summer Quarterly, PO Box 470315, Charlotte, NC 28247-0135 USA). Your bank will do the conversion to US funds before preparing the draft. We have some subscribers who mail us US currency (bills) wrapped in dark paper and sealed in an envelope. Although we've never had a problem with a payment getting lost in this manner, the Post Office will not assume responsibility (and neither will we) if the letter is lost or opened. Thanks! Lee

That's Mike Yeah, I was wondering that since he did it live too. It's so low that it's hard to recognize. Mike does those low parts really great.

Dennis sang "Rhonda" in concert for a while in the early 70s. He had broken a hand in 1972 (?) and wasn't able to pound the drums for some time. Instead, he got his spotlight at the front, singing the lead on a couple of tunes. That's what you were asking, right?

It wasn't uncommon for Carl or Mike to sing Rhonda during that time either.

So, is Help Me Rhonda the song that has been sung in concert (lead vocals-wise) by the most quantity of BB members?
