Hi,

er, I am new here and just want to say "Hello" with a little tune I wrote. Itīs a ballade ... in the end of the song I try to do a little Angel-Choir but itīs the same thing with the Beach Boys... if one voice is missing, everything sounds a bit odd Smiley. Same happened here, one vocal-strang is tooo deep in the mix, but with a little imagination should be ok.

So I would be pleased if anyone would have a listen. Itīs a home recording though...

Welcome to the board, and I'm glad to see you jumping right in and posting your material.

I love the tone of your voice the first time you sing "then an angel passed my way." Around 1:10. It's really, really pretty. The melody in general is nice, I think. The intro is long for my taste, especially because it is just the piano chords without any adornment. I'd like to hear something more like the arrangement around 1:50 as an intro, personally. A person might not stick around to hear what's coming if you make him wait too long!

I'm not a fan of the keyboard sounds throughout, but I am guessing that like most of us, you don't have a full studio and orchestra at your disposal, so that can be easily forgiven.

Hey Luther,

huh, I never look back to this topic Smiley. But yeah, I donīt have a studio or anything else. Just a Keyboard, a PC and a bedroom *lol*. You are right about the intro... would be good to have a fiddle in it... or at someone should play the instrument who could do that better Smiley.

But as you noticed, just a demo to say "Hello" Smiley. Would love to work with a full orchestra by the way *lol*
Thank you for listening... Smiley
