So "Hawaiian Tune" and "Good News" are confirmed as unreleased songs rather than working titles? If so that is rather huge.

That sounds like a reasonable possibility to me. Obviously the first part of the song originated from Smile, so perhaps they took whatever they had of "Good Time Mama" and threw it onto the end of "She's Goin Bald." Not a stretch really, as Brian was doing a lot of that during Smile. Singing "good time mama" instead of "too late mama" fits quite well actually.
