Yes - there are photos from the 50s of Capitol meetings, and he's there. Also, several mentions in Billboard in the late 50s/early 60s. Real guy, with a really unfortunate name. Grin

I'm sorry this may appear immature but... that name 'Dick Rising'. To think there actually is guy walking around called that!! LOL

Every time he was in a room with anyone it must have been reminiscent of that scene in Monty Python's Life of Brian with Pilate. "Do you find it amusing that I have a friend called ....DICK ...... RISING...?!!!"

Dick Swett was actually elected as a U.S. congressman from New Hampshire. He served in the 90s.

His wife, Katrina Swett, is now running for congress as well.
