Carolyn Williams was/is the nurse who took care of Brian in the early 1980's before Landy re-established his control over Wilson's life.

Ms. Williams was in the unenviable position of being despised by both the Beach Boys and Landy. This is most likely due to some racism (implicitly prevalent in the Landy-edited "autobiography") and she was, no doubt, an enabler of some of Brian's worst habits. However, she clearly loved the man...

Word has it that Ms. Williams attempted to free Brian from Landy in the mid to late 1980's. Does anyone know what happened to her since then? It would be interesting to hear her side of the story...

Also, as you can tell I've been reading Wouldn't It Be Nice... it is a pretty good book in spite of its obvious flaws, and judging from the photos, Alexandra Morgan is a FOX!!! Jesus... Landy was lucky, as he was not a pretty man.

So Carolyn was involved in the WIBN-related lawsuit(s)? It's surprising she hasn't written a tell-all book... I wonder if BW was depressed about Landy's death in 2006.. and I wonder how Landy felt about SMiLe 2004. Surprised he didn't do any interviews since they separated.

Nah, Carolyn was not involved in the suit. What I meant is that the book portrayed Al as a racist, and that would be just one instance of slander.

Al? Who worked with Roy Hargrove?  Al?  Who allegedly was instrumental in 'discovering' Flame before Carl brought Blondie and Rickie on board?  Who knows?

Carolyn would have a hell of a story to tell though surely it would be an ugly one. The period from 1977-83 just seems to have been so out of control.
