I keep hearing how bad "The Battle Hymn Of The Republic" (BB's) and "Wrinkles" (Mike) are... what's wrong with them, anyway??

The Battle Hymn Of The Republic was one of Brian Wilson's great put-ons, but lead singer Mike was totally not getting the joke.
Wrinkles is a cut from Country Love, a rather inoffensive album as a whole, but Wrinkles is legendary for its awfulness.

Are you sure? I'm always hoping to find out someday that Lazy Lizzie, Hey Little Tomboy and the whole 15 Big Ones album were just a big put-on.

I think Mr. Wilson was dead serious with those.

In one of the documentaries, Brian mentions that he used to sleep with Marilyn (before they were married) at her parents' house. I was just thinking - how old was she then?

I know they married when she was 16, in 1964.. so that would make Brian 6 years older than her at 22.
Wow, and I thought I was bad for dating a 15-year-old at 18.

And he was just as hot for her 13-year-old sister, Barbara.

In all seriousness...have you guys ever realized that we seem to make that okay, because it's Brian...but if it was someone else, we'd be up in arms?
Never really thought about it before now.
Meh. Who Cares. It's Brian

Everyone's pederastic, Brian's just crazy enough to admit it.
I think I only liked that 13-year-old because she had a sexy black eye, though..

Car accident, but my friends said they thought the reason I was attracted to the black eye was because I had secret desires to beat her up.
