Splitting the twofers - bonus tracks?

In pathetically anal fashion I'm splitting up the BB twofers on my iTunes into the original albums,eg. Wild Honey becomes its own album with separate artwork etc. Trouble is I'm not entirely sure which albums the bonus tracks belong to. I'm hoping someone can answer these off the top of their head. Many thanks in advance:

Surfer Girl or Shut Down vol 2?:
I Do

All Summer Long or Little Deuce Coupe?:
All dressed Up For School

Today or Summer Days?:
Graduation day

Friends or 20/20?:
Break Away
Celebrate The News
We're Together Again
Walk On By

Smiley or Wild Honey?:
Their Hearts were full of Spring

I can't answer for all, but I would put "Their Hearts Were Full of Spring" on Smiley, just because it was recorded during the Lei'd In Hawaii rehearsals and Lei'd has a very "Smiley" vibe.

I did the same thing in my iTunes to my two-fers. Here is what I did.

"I do" was recorded on 6 November 1963, between the recording of Little Deuce Coupe and Shut Down Volume 2. So I would put that on Shut Down.

"Break Away" was 1969 and released closer to 20/20
"Celebrate The News": also 20/20
"Walk On By": also 20/20

The other ones I am not sure about either. Hope this helps!

For my iTunes, I don't assign the bonus tracks to either album. They're just without an album.
