Row Row Row Your Boat - Spring???

I really feel like I would have heard this before on a boot or elsewhere, but I randomly came across this mislabeled track on Spotify tonight that I swear I've never heard before.... The track is mislabeled as "Row Row Row Your Boat - Live" by The Beach Boys. I am assuming the title comes from Graduation Day 1966. However, the track to my ears sounds like the Rovells with a Mike bass vocal track from sometime in the 70s. Is this out there in any form elsewhere???
