Can you believe that Dave is only 58 today? Considering he played in the pre-Beatles era and toured and hung out with a bunch of people that are just plain dead now...good job on the survival aspect...but hell, 58 is still relatively young. And talk about jailbait(see "lecherous" thread) Dave's wife is only what... 32?? Or something really disgusting like that! Shocked But Dave and Carrie were meant to be...no age difference can change that. Happy birthday big Dave....the best days are ahead.

I met David (and Jon as well) last year at Susan's convention.  An incredibly gracious person and a terrific guitar player.  Happy birthday and here's to many more.

Happy Birthday to one of the great ones- off to pee in my squirt gun and start the celebration here in Atlanta!

Actually, I'll pop in his excellent new album in tribute to Murry's Lament, the scourge of hotel managers everywhere, the one and only...and my fellow former Burbankian.
