Wikipedia credits the song to F.Lymon/G.Goldner, but the liner notes in the twofer of Surfer Girl/Shut Down vol 2 says F.Lymon/M.Levy. Which is it?

I know Wikipedia also gets some facts wrong concerning the Beach Boys so I wasn't sure.
