Brian,
Best wishes to you always, and we all await the new album with great anticipation.
Here's a really obscure question...you and Tandyn Almer wrote songs together for awhile in the early 70s, and one of the most rockin' of these tracks appeared under the title "You Need A Mess of Help to Stand Alone," which (according to the stories) had earlier lyrics from Tandyn and a different title: "Beatrice From Baltimore."
It's been so long, of course, that I don't know if you'll remember the details...but by any chance do you remember just who "Beatrice" was? We've heard the stories about the masseuse who helped inspire "Marcella"--but who was Beatrice?

All best,
Don Malcolm
