Thought you guys might wanna check it out. Good to see Sky & the Seeds get a little of their due. Not many folks realize they sold out the Hollywood Bowl in the '60s, and Sky coined the phrase 'Flower Power'.

I worked w/ Sky in 2009 and it certainly was a far out experience !

Nice! I had a feeling the Bangles would be in there somewhere too, and they were. When the trailer first started the concert introduction sounded like it came from that KHJ birthday show audio that was floating around the 'net with the Springfield.

Is this a theater or a DVD release?

I think it's only been shown a couple times in L.A. The site says they'll be showing it around the US in the future. I haven't seen it yet, though I did see the Source Family doc in SF ... it's very good, and you can get it on DVD (has Sky in there for a bit). Sky was in the Source Family (still believed in the principles when I knew him) in the '70s, then was kind of hiding out in Hawaii in the '80s until the 'garage' resurgence brought him out again.
